THANATOMORPHOSE EN GRÈCE : SCREAMIN ATHENS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL

C'est avec fierté que ThanatoFilms annonce la sélection de la bande annonce de THANATOMORPHOSE dans le cadre de la 3e édition du SCREAMIN ATHENS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL.

Le festival se tiendra les 9 et 10 avril 2010 à Athènes en Grèce. C'est le premier film d'Éric Falardeau présenté dans ce pays! La bande annonce sera présenté le 9 avril à 20h00 avant l'excellent END OF THE LINE de Maurice Deveraux.

Les québécois seront présents en force au festival puisque Next Floor de Denis Villeneuve et Danse Macabre de Pedro Pires seront également projetés sur les écrans grecs! La programmation complète est visible à la fin de ce billet.

THANATOMORPHOSE est un long-métrage d'Éric Falardeau qui sera tourné à la fin 2010 et qui crèvera vos rétines en 2011! Votre chance de voir (ou de revoir) sur grand écran la bande annonce promotionnelle tournée à l'été 2009 afin d'amasser des fonds pour le tournage.

N'oubliez pas que Thanatomorphose est un projet de long métrage en développement. I'm pleased to announce that the THANATOMORPHOSE's trailer (3 minutes, 2009, Red One) has been selected for the third SCREAMIN ATHENS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL!!!!

The festival will be held April 9th and 10th in Athens, Greece. It is the first Éric Falardeau's film to be screened on Greek territory! The trailer will be screened before the excellent END OF THE LINE by Maurice Deveraux.

Quebec will be well featured with Next Floor by Denis Villeneuve and Danse Macabre by Pedro Pires in the line-up. The full line-up is at the end of the post.

THANATOMORPHOSE is a feature lenght film by Éric Falardeau that will be shot by the end of 2010 and release during 2011! The trailer has been shot during summer 2009 to raise funding for the projet.

X FEST Extreme Film Festival III : CAM SHOT sélectionné

C'est avec grand plaisir que je vous annonce la sélection du court-métrage CAM SHOT (super 8mm, 4 minutes, noir et blanc, 2008) par le X-FEST!

Le X-Fest est un festival sud-africain. De nombreux long-métrages et un programme de court-métrages seront présentés du 5 au 7 mars 2010.

La projection aura lieu ce vendredi 5 mars à 20h30 au Labia Theatre (68 Orange Street, Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa). Au programme, des films venant entre autre d'Afrique du Sud, de l'Allemagne et du Canada (c'est-à-dire Cam Shot)!

It is with great pleasure that I annouce the official selection of CAM SHOT (super 8mm, 4 minutes, black and white, 2008) by the X-FEST!

The X-Fest is a South Africa's film festival. Several feature lenght-films and a block of shorties will be shown between march 5 and march 7.

The screening will be held this friday at 8:30pm at the Labia Theatre (68 Orange Street, Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa). Cam Shot will be the Canadian runner amongst films from South Africa, Germany and many other countries.

Première Nord-Américaine de LE CYCLE au TROMADANCE NEW MEXICO!

Je suis heureux d'annoncer la première Nord-Américaine de LE CYCLE (2009, DVCam, 7 minutes) dans le cadre de la prochaine édition (la 6e) de l'excellent TROMADANCE NEW MEXICO (festival satellite du TromaDance) du 20 au 22 novembre 2009 à Albuquerque (États-Unis).

LE CYCLE fait partie du bloc C de courts-métrages.

LE CYCLE a été tourné entre Purgatory et Coming Home en 2006! Il n'a été terminé qu'en juin dernier. C'est un film fantastique dans la tradition des Twilight Zone mettant en vedette Miguel Doucet.

Ce soir à 18h à CIBL aura lieu la première entrevue d'une série de trois à la radio CIBL pour l'émission CINÉFIX.

J'aurai l'honneur d'être interviewé par Daniel Racine et son équipe à propos de la genèse de Thanatomorphose (la scénarisation et la recherche de financement) et mes films précédents. Thanatomorphose est un projet de long métrage actuellement à la recherche d'un producteur et de financement.

La deuxième entrevue aura lieu lors du tournage et la dernière après la sortie du film! Un concept d'entrevue unique!

Le film sera projeté dans le cadre du XI CERTAMEN INTERNACIONAL DE CORTOMETRAJES de Ciudad de Soria à Soria en Espagne le 26 novembre 2009.
